- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
LinkedIn outreach
Cold calling & email campaigns
Networking and referrals
Online platforms & inbound leads
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
- Conduct introductory meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital services (Web Development, SEO, Ads, Zoho, etc.)
- Confident in client interaction and presentations
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is a plus
- 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Experience in IT / Digital Marketing sales is an advantage
