Refund & Cancellation

•  You may cancel your website design or digital marketing project at any time within the first three (3) days of placing your order with “TurnOnWeb Solutions OPC Private Limited.” If you choose   to cancel within this initial three-day period, you will be eligible for a refund. However, the refund amount will be determined by deducting the value of the work completed during those three days from the total project fee.
• Once the website design or digital marketing project has been started, no further cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if you cancel your project within the first three (3) days of placing your order with “TurnOnWeb Solutions OPC Private Limited.”
• Any third-party fees or expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees) are non-refundable.

3.2. Refund Calculation

• Refunds will be calculated by subtracting the value of the work completed during the three-day cancellation window from the total project fee.

3.3. Refund Process

•  To request a refund, you must submit a written request to support@turnonweb.com within the initial three (3) day period. Please provide detailed information about your request, including reasons for the refund.
• “TurnOnWeb Solutions OPC Private Limited” will review your refund request within [X] business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within [X] business days from the date of approval.

3.4. Payment Method

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the initial payment.

4. Changes to Services

•  “TurnOnWeb Solutions OPC Private Limited” reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or package at any time without notice. In the event that we discontinue a service for which you have prepaid, you will be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the service.
