Role Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
LinkedIn outreach
Cold calling & email campaigns
Networking and referrals
Online platforms & inbound leads
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
- Conduct introductory meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital services (Web Development, SEO, Ads, Zoho, etc.)
- Confident in client interaction and presentations
