Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands modern digital marketing and wants to build real experience across B2B branding, lead generation, SEO, LinkedIn growth, content systems, YouTube coordination, and performance marketing.
You will work directly on client growth projects and internal brand-building initiatives.
This is not a routine posting job. This is a growth seat.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Growth & Content Execution
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts for founders and brands
- Coordinate content calendars
- Optimize profiles and company pages
- Support audience growth and engagement
- Keyword research support
- On-page SEO implementation
- Blog publishing and optimization
- Track rankings and traffic improvements
- Upload videos, write titles/descriptions
- Optimize tags, thumbnails, playlists
- Coordinate with editors/content creators
- Improve discoverability through YouTube SEO
- Create basic creatives using Canva
- Social banners, carousels, thumbnails, post creatives
- Research prospect databases
- Build lead lists from LinkedIn, directories, websites
- Support outreach campaigns
- Support Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads setup
- Campaign monitoring
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and project updates
- Coordinate timelines and task execution
Required Skills
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Basic Google Ads knowledge
- WordPress content publishing experience
- YouTube SEO understanding
- Experience in agency environment
Experience
- 1–3 years preferred
- Freshers with strong portfolio and creativity can apply
