Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Business Development Executive who can engage with prospective customers, prepare quotations, follow up consistently and help convert inquiries into customers.

Key Skills
- Respond to web portal development and Zoho product inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects regularly until closure.
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for proposal preparation.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication in Hindi.
- Strong email drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Good understanding of web portals, digital solutions or SaaS products.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
