We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who can understand client requirements, conduct product demonstrations, recommend suitable solutions and support the sales team in converting opportunities into customers.

Key Skills
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Deliver website consulting and solution presentations.
- Conduct demonstrations of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People and Zoho ERP.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare solution documents, presentations and implementation recommendations.
- Support proposal preparation and effort estimation.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams.
- Handle technical and functional queries from prospects.
- Improve demo-to-sale conversion rates.
- Stay updated with Zoho product enhancements and web technologies.
- Zoho certifications.
- CRM implementation experience.
- SaaS consulting experience.
- Business process automation knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of web portals and digital business solutions.
- Working knowledge of Zoho applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and map solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing meetings and demos.
- Professional spoken and written English.
